Our client, active in the pharmaceutical sector, is looking for a Senior Accountant to join their office located in Liège. You will be responsible for preparing all the accounting activities in collaboration with the Accounting Director.

Senior Accountant

Main responsibilities include:

  • General accounting functions such as accounts payable entries in line with BEGAAP
  • Preparation of all VAT activities and declaration
  • Financial statements and support schedules according to monthly and quarterly close plan
  • Tax returns and other corporate reporting requirements
  • Collaboration with other departments to ensure proper accounting for revenue, purchases and expenses

The ideal candidate

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position
  • Native in French with good command in English
  • BEGAAP knowledge
  • Good command in Excel
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting
  • You are a passionate and collaborative accountant who has an entrepreneurial spirit
