Job Description

  • Service Contract Management: Overseeing agreements with service providers (maintenance, engineering, consulting, IT, etc.).
  • Act as the bridge between engineering, commercial, and suppliers to ensure on-time, on-budget excellence.
  • Embed procurement early in projects for maximum value and client satisfaction.
  • Define and execute procurement strategies from pre-sales to delivery.
  • Lead tenders, negotiations, and contract finalization under tight deadlines.
  • Manage framework agreements for long-term value creation.
  • Ensure compliance, risk management, and governance across all procurement activities.
  • Build supplier intelligence and relationships to secure best conditions.
  • Monitor and report procurement performance and savings.

The Successful Applicant

  • Master's degree (Procurement/Contract Management).
  • 5-10 years in project procurement within similar sectors.
  • Strong in contract & claim management, ideally with FIDIC/NEC/IFI experience.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluent in Dutch & English (French is a plus).
  • Comfortable in multicultural, transversal environments
