Over onze klant
For one of our clients, an international company active in the retail sector, we are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst in order to support their development. Their Belgian headquarters are located in Zaventem.
Taken en verantwoordelijkheden
The Senior Financial Analyst will work for the after sales department and report directly to the After Sales Director. The goal of this position is to ensure the department reach its financial targets and its performance is accurately reflecting in the reporting.
His main tasks will include:
- Managing a team of 8 analysts and being part of the management team;
- Being in charge of the financial planning and analysis of the department (budgeting & forecasting);
- Developing strong KPIs and reflecting those into dashboards;
- Participating in the optimization of systems and processes;
- Acting as a business partner for the different divisions within the department;
- Guarantying the achievement of targets for safety and security;
- Being responsible for compliance with internal regulations and legislation.
Profiel
The ideal Senior Financial Analyst will meet the following criteria:
- You have at least 5 years of financial experience ;
- Experience in audit or finance consulting will be considered as a plus;
- You have excellent analytical and numerical skills;
- You have an open-minded personality;
- You are trilingual in Dutech, French and English.
