Job Description

As a Senior Financial Controller your responsibilities are:

  • Prepare accurate financial reports and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting processes to support business planning.
  • Preparation of financial information and analysis when needed
  • Month end and quarter and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Perform monthly US GAAP reporting for certain countries
  • Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to management.
  • Oversee internal controls and ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Collaborate with various departments to optimize financial operations.
  • Support audits and liaise with external auditors as required.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow for efficient financial planning.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve financial performance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Financial Controller should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulations.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Business.
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
  • Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate clearly.
