The Senior HR Business Partner plays a vital role in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, providing comprehensive HR services, and fostering a positive work environment within the local teams. This role collaborates closely with senior leadership to design and implement HR strategies that drive organizational success.
- HR Operations: Lead HR activities across your scope ensuring efficient HR service delivery and acting as a key architect in establishing a robust HR infrastructure.
- Administer Core HR Functions: Manage essential HR processes such as payroll, compensation, talent acquisition and development, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Strategic Talent Planning: Collaborate with management to develop and execute strategic talent and workforce planning initiatives, ensuring the alignment of human capital with business needs.
- Optimize Organizational Structure: Enhance organizational design to support business objectives, improve efficiency, and strengthen management capabilities.
- Support Line Management: Partner with managers to address strategic workforce planning and daily employee management, including performance evaluations and talent development.
- Employee Relations: Serve as the primary liaison with employee representatives and works councils, maintaining constructive relationships and ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
- Guidance and Compliance: Provide expert advice and coaching to management on HR-related matters, ensuring adherence to legal requirements and internal policies, and consulting with legal advisors as necessary.
Profil recherché
- You have a Bachelor or Master Degree in a relevant field or equivalent by experience
- You bring more than 5 years of experience in a versatile HR role, showcasing a broad understanding of various HR functions.
- Confidently support employees and business leaders in areas such as performance management, learning and development, payroll, compensation management, and recruitment.
- You are fluent in French, Dutch & English
- You have a proven experience in Social Relations combined to a very good knowledge of the social legislation ideally in Belgium, France and The Netherlands
- Demonstrate a proactive approach and a strong focus on achieving results, while efficiently managing tasks independently
- Embrace a hands-on mindset and enjoy staying closely connected to the business, ensuring HR initiatives align with organizational needs.
