Our customer is an international manufacturer of high-technology products and has presence in Europe, North America, China and India.

Job Description

As Senior HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for the following:

- You ensure a smooth harmonization and standardization of group HR processes at Belgian level

- You support employees and hiring managers working at the Headquarter as well as in the production center in a variety of HR projects

- You liaise with local and international HR stakeholders making sure to deliver and support change management activities and programs within your scope

- You coordinate transversal HR projects that are in line with the Group strategy

- You work on the development and implementation of the future strategy of the group making sure to address the needs of the affected employees

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate can demonstrate the following skills and experience:

- You have more than 5 years of experience as HR Business Partner

- You have experience working in an international environment having industrial/production sites

- You are used to lead and/or coordinate transformation projects

- You have very good communication and influencing skills allowing you to initiate and drive change activities within a company

- You are well-organized and can work independently with few guidance

- You are fluent in Dutch and English
