Job Description

  • Review and interpret tender documentation (public and private) to identify key legal and contractual risks
  • Draft, negotiate, and manage a wide variety of agreements, including partnerships, service, and construction-related contracts
  • Provide clear, practical legal guidance to internal teams on issues involving contract law, obligations, and public procurement
  • Support dispute management and claim resolution processes
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align legal, commercial, and technical objectives
  • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and continuous process improvement

The Successful Applicant

  • Holds a Master's degree in Law
  • Has at least 8 years of relevant experience as a lawyer and/or in-house counsel
  • Expertise or interest in contract law, public procurement, and project-related transactions
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a pragmatic mindset
  • Strong sense of initiative, adaptability, and collaboration
  • Fluent in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is an advantage
