Job Description

  • Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance data and market insights to identify trends and recommend future improvements.
  • Strategic Planning: Determine the right audiences and channels (digital and offline) for lead generation and retention, strictly based on analytical findings.
  • Campaign Management: Develop and manage comprehensive, channel-agnostic communication plans, focusing on performance and achieving monthly KPIs.
  • External Collaboration: Serve as the crucial contact point for external performance and media agencies, providing briefings and ensuring diligent follow-up.
  • Budget & Reporting: Effectively manage campaign budgets, including raising purchase orders, and deliver accurate, timely reports on performance metrics.
  • Sales Support: Actively develop materials and strategies to support the sales team's efforts.

The Successful Applicant

  • Analytical Acumen: Possesses strong numerical skills and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of proven experience in campaign and online marketing management, with a clear focus on successful lead generation programs.
  • Project Leadership: An inspiring and energetic project leader who is results-oriented and inspires colleagues toward high performance.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills and proven ability to manage, influence, and gain sign-off from diverse internal and external stakeholders.
  • Language Fluency: Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
  • Education: Master's degree or equivalent through relevant professional experience.
