Job Description

As Senior Product Manager your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Deeply analyze the market (customer/trends/competition/etc) in order to develop/implement the product & price strategy
  • Manage qualitative & quantitative market researches
  • Have an international scope (Europe)
  • Drive the collection plan & implement the product mix in order to ensure business growth
  • Implement the margins
  • Work on the new product launches
  • Develop the added value of your products in order to increase revenue
  • Pro-actively develop strategies to improve products plans
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as sales, marketing, design teams

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have the following qualities:

  • At least 10 years of experience as Senior Product Manager within textile sector or in retail / FMCG
  • Master's degree
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proven track record in managing Excel
  • Market oriented
  • Fluent in English - any other language is an asset
  • Driven by sustainability
  • Excellent strategic mindset
  • Project management skills
  • Ability to travel
  • Autonomous, pro-active & creative
  • Solid communication skills
  • Experience in collaborating with various stakeholders
  • Dynamic & problem solver
