Job Description

  • Financial Statement Preparation: Timely and accurate production of standalone and consolidated annual financial statements in accordance with local GAAP across multiple European jurisdictions


  • Audit Coordination: Serve as a key liaison with external statutory auditors, ensuring seamless audit processes and timely resolution of queries


  • Accounting Standards Enhancement: Continuously strengthen technical expertise across US GAAP, IFRS, and relevant local GAAP frameworks


  • Restructuring Support: Ensure that group restructuring activities are accurately and transparently reflected in the books of account and associated financial statements


  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders across tax, legal, treasury, and finance teams, as well as external advisors, auditors, and consultants globally


  • Reporting Line: Report directly to the Statutory and Tax Reporting Manager



The Successful Applicant

Essential Qualifications

  • Demonstrable ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse internal and external audiences
  • Proven analytical mindset with the capacity to interpret complex information and translate it into actionable strategies supporting business objectives
  • Deep technical accounting knowledge, including a solid understanding of group corporate structures across multiple jurisdictions
  • Practical, hands-on experience in drafting and critically reviewing financial statements
  • Exceptional organisational capabilities with a demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines simultaneously
  • Adaptability and agility in navigating a fast-paced, dynamic, multi-jurisdictional work environment
  • Full professional proficiency in English and Polish (written and spoken)



Advantageous Attributes

  • Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA or CIMA (or equivalent)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to operate both autonomously and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team
  • Prior experience working across multiple business units, geographies, and functional capabilities
  • Proficiency in one or more additional European languages: Spanish, Polish, German, French, or Italian
  • A proactive, value-creation-driven mindset with a genuine desire to make a measurable contribution
