My client is a world leader in the food industry. Providing supplies worldwide, their positioning on innovation, excellence and sustainability have them constantly pursue new standards of excellence.

In this context a Strategic sales excellence program is being launched for Europe. Led by a Senior Senior Sales Process Specialist, this initiate aims at optimizing sales strategies through enabling better performances. Based in Belgium, this role is exposed across business units and department and oversees a Europe-wide scope.


As Senior Strategic Analyst for Sales Excellence your role is to :

  • Build and execute the road-map to implement new process aiming at Sales Excellence (for example, account
    planning or customer segmentation) across broad stakeholder groups and monitor success of these initiatives.

  • Coordinate Change Management process and supervise the implementation a enabling tools
  • Collaborate with the commercial teams to create a coaching program for managers to ensure they have the
  • skills, knowledge, processes and tools required to lead their commercial teams effectively and drive customer
  • driven growth.
  • Partner with key commercial stakeholders to drive content to deliver both internal and external insights related to market, industry, and consumer trends.
  • Collaborate with business process owners and the various Product Groups to design and deploy processes or technology solutions


The successful candidate will meet the following criteria

  • fluently speaking English, any other language is a Nice to have
  • experience in/working with multinational matrix organizations
  • experience in designing & implementing new processes and tools related to Commercial experience topics -> process design & transformation of commercial departments, restructuring, outsourcing, large change management initiatives
  • project management experience
  • a driven, ambitious, "high-flying" mindset
  • Hard worker with a positive solution oriented mindset
