For one of our clients based in Ghent, we are currently looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who will take full ownership of hiring activities across a wide range of roles. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will support teams from the initial definition of needs through to successful onboarding.

Job Description

Your focus will be on building high-impact teams by attracting and selecting individuals who will contribute sustainably totheorganisation's long-term growth. Quality and fit matter more than volume. In addition to operational recruitment, you will play a key role in shaping a forward-looking talent roadmap and contributing to employer visibility initiatives in collaboration with internal partners.
You will be an active contributor to the broader People function, helping to strengthen culture, engagement, and ways of working alongside senior People leaders.
You responsibilities will include:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple roles and departments
  • Partner with hiring managers to define profiles, objectives and timelines
  • Develop creative and effective sourcing strategies for scarce or competitive profiles
  • Run structured interviews and ensure rigorous, fair assessment processes
  • Continuously enhance recruitment workflows and candidate experience
  • Contribute to employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
  • Support the evolution of the People & Talent agenda at organisational level

The Successful Applicant

  • You bring at least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in complex or competitive hiring environments
  • You have experience in a fast-moving organisation (startup, scale-up or consultancy/search firm) and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • You are highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple processes simultaneously
  • You have a proactive, hands-on mindset and take ownership naturally
  • You enjoy connecting with people, promoting culture and acting as an ambassador towards candidates
  • You communicate fluently in English (both oral and written) and ideally have a good command of Dutch.
