Description du poste

- You lead and manage collective agreements with Unions and ensure a positive social climate

- You are responsible for a wide range of social matters such as merge & acquisitions, restructuring, labour agreements that you manage autonomously

- You participate to internal and external social relation with unions and any social partners

- You contribute to the harmonization of compensation & benefits policies, work organization, collective agreements in collaboration with business leaders and legal specialists

- You actively support the organization providing the necessary know-how to business leaders and hiring managers when it comes to social relations

Profil recherché

- You have a Master Degree in a relevant field (Human Resources, Law)

- You have more than 5 years of experience in a similar position or as HR Business Partner being the SPOC for unions and staff delegation or as employment lawyer

- You speak Dutch and French fluently (orally and written)

- You are proactive in the way you handle social relations and regularly meet and advise employees and managers

- You have excellent communication skills allowing you to listen, interpret and express ideas in a professional and constructive manner towards all your stakeholders
