Its tools optimize workflows across order-to-cash and purchase-to-pay cycles, reducing manual tasks and processing times. The platform supports electronic invoicing, order management, and procurement, while ensuring compliance and traceability. It enables better collaboration between teams, customers, and suppliers through smart, connected communication channels.

Functie



  • Collaborate with customers both on-site and remotely to gather and define their functional and technical requirements.


  • Design tailored Esker solutions, including user interfaces, reports, and workflows, based on customer specifications.


  • Lead and oversee the implementation of Esker's order-to-cash and purchase-to-pay solutions through hands-on development and testing.


  • Identify and resolve issues during the configuration phase to ensure seamless deployment.


  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive documentation detailing the solution setup and configuration.


  • Carry out solution installations and ensure full system integration.


  • Offer technical support in coordination with sales, R&D, and technical teams to address customer needs.


  • Occasionally deliver on-site training sessions for end users.



Profiel

  • A degree in software or related field is required.
  • Proficiency in relational databases (SAP, Oracle, DB2, SQL Server) and knowledge of XML, JavaScript, ASP, and C#.
  • Customer-focused with strong service orientation.
  • Fluent in both English and Dutch.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
  • Experience with SAP integration is a plus.
