About Our Client

Our client is a major actor of the Public Affairs consulting sector within the EU bubble. They offer their transparent and competent services toward multiple sector - the main one being Healthcare industry.

In order to sustain their growth, they are looking to extend their team by adding a Sr Account Manager within the Health team.

Job Description

Client & Project Management

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of healthcare clients.
  • Deliver high‑quality reports, policy briefings, and strategic recommendations.
  • Lead meetings, support senior colleagues, and ensure smooth execution of client projects.
  • Oversee small teams and mentor junior consultants.



Policy & Research

  • Monitor and analyse EU‑level health policy developments (e.g., IP, access, vaccines, pharmaceutical strategy, rare diseases, pharmaceutical law).
  • Draft clear, concise briefings and policy analyses.
  • Identify research needs and ensure timely delivery of insights.



Business Development

  • Contribute to pitches and proposals for prospective clients.
  • Support growth initiatives across the healthcare practice.



Communication & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Adapt messaging to different audiences and communicate complex information effectively.
  • Support policy communication activities and stakeholder engagement initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications

  • EU nationality or valid Belgian work permit.
  • Excellent command of English and an additional EU languages.
  • Proven ability to work independently and within a team.



Experience

  • 4-5 years of relevant experience in public affairs.
  • Combined experience in:
    • EU institutions (ideally in health), and
    • An agency, patient organisation, or professional group.
  • Strong knowledge of EU institutions and legislative processes.
  • Experience within the Healthcare industry is a must



Skills

  • Excellent writing, summarising, and visual communication abilities.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with a track record of balancing multiple deadlines.
  • Proactive, solutions‑driven mindset and ability to go the extra mile.
  • Ability to lead small teams and provide guidance to junior colleagues.
  • Proficiency with IT and new media tools.
  • Strong professional references.
