Our client is an international leader of the Consultancy sector, with an excellent reputation. Belgian offices are located in Flemish Brabant, north of Brussels.

Job Description

As Senior Business Controller :

  • Report monthly figures, provide feedback and analysis to key stakeholders (partner-level)
  • Act as a Business Partner and Sparring Partner for the Finance Manager and the Partners and Associates
  • Analyze cost and revenue components including performance KPI's and metrics on a monthly basis
  • Assist in creating PowerBI reports and other automation of reports
  • Keep in touch with HR, IT, Marketing for all budget and financial aspects of a line of service
  • Develop and contribute to ad-hoc controlling projects

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate :

  • Fluent in English and either Dutch or French (trilingual is a strong asset)
  • Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or similar
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Business Controller position
  • Excellent communication : you work on a client-oriented basis
  • Team-player mentality, proactive, and critical thinker
  • Excellent Excel skills. Knowledge of SAP and PowerBI are considered an asset
