Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee full lifecycle of tendering processes, adjusting contributions based on project complexity.
  • Develop negotiation strategies to secure advantageous procurement solutions.
  • Identify internal purchasing needs through data analysis and regular communication with stakeholders.
  • Drive market engagement by accurately describing internal requirements and generating interest within the supplier network.
  • Update technical and commercial specifications to meet strategic objectives.
  • Manage existing contracts throughout their validity, addressing claims, renegotiations, and coordinating with internal clients.
  • Formulate and execute long-term purchasing strategies for designated categories of goods and services.

Profil recherché

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Master's degree in Industrial Sciences, Applied Economic Sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably within an industrial environment.
  • Strong negotiation skills; familiarity with public procurement processes is an asset.
  • Experience in technical procurement is advantageous.
  • Excellent drafting skills with a focus on contractual text.
  • Proactive, assertive, diplomatic, and solution-oriented.
  • Team-oriented with robust organizational skills and stress resilience.
  • Fluent in French and Dutch, with a good command of English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with SAP/COUPA or similar systems for efficient procurement management.
