About Our Client
Our client is an international family company leader in Belgium and seeking for a new Supply Chain Manager.

Job Description
As Supply Chain Manager, you will:
- Manage a team of 10 FTE
- Negotiate, manage, and optimize the purchasing of goods
- Coordinate the logistics activities with other departments (production, commercial, quality…)
- Manage the purchasing, stock management and distribution
- Optimize and organize the workforce planning
- Be involve in the transport strategy, the subcontractor negotiation & definition of incoterms
- Stand for continuous improvement (cost management and optimization, processes optimization and implementation, …)
- Stand for the application of HSE Standards
The Successful Applicant
Profile - Supply Chain Manager :
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position ideally in industrial environment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong leader and analytics skills
- Good Supply Chain overview
- Fluent in French and English
