The Supply & Operations Controlling Manager will be responsible for different production entities and manage a team of 2 people.The role includes a quite operational maintenance of the business controlling, with an eye for details and a strong analytical mind, as well as the opportunity to discuss strategic matters and have a direct impact on the results of the company, driving the financial performance of the factories.

The Supply & Operations Controlling Manager will be part of the Management Committee and benefit from a key position within the organization, being in contact with different Heads of Departments.The main tasks gather:
- Supporting the Group Procurement & Supply Chain Director and Group Operation Director in the finance management and analysis of their departments, advising them on the economic decision-making process
- Challenging the department's activities on the financial side
- Finding and defining new synergies
- Having a solution and optimization-oriented approach
- Ensuring optimal profitability of the site and for all business activities
- Overseeing and guaranteeing the accuracy of monthly financial reporting, closing, budget reports & forecast presentations
- Managing the budget process
- Ensuring compliance with internal and external financial regulations
- Participating in weekly management team meeting
- Leading and managing the Supply & Operations Controlling team, including the on-boarding of new collaborators
Profil recherché
The Supply & Operations Controlling Manager will play a significant operational and strategic role within the Group.
As such, the profile gathers a certain set of experience:
- Master's degree in Economics / Finance - or equivalent
- Min 8 years of relevant experience - Business Controlling within an industrial environment
- Excellent command of French & English - Dutch is a plus
- SAP expertise is a plus
- Management experience
- Excellent communication and business partnering skills
- Agile and solution oriented
- Leadership and strategic mindset
