Its 2,400 staff are located in 32 agencies in 13 countries.
You attract new talents to grow the Business in Belgium (2 main agencies: Diegem and Sint-Martens-Latem)
You manage both 'projects' and 'profiles' recruitments, working together with our Account Managers as well as our Competence Areas Managers to detail the profiles we are searching for
You manage on a daily basis a junior sourcing executive (priority settings, skills development…)
You hunt actively for the best candidates, developing and managing a solid professional network of potential candidates and external partners (headhunters, consulting firms for subcontracting, universities)
You secure the whole recruitment process: screening, interviews, salary negotiation, contract handling and finally on boarding new colleagues.
You create and manage, together with our local Marketing Executive, all internal and external communications related recruitment and people matters
You manage all tasks related to career development and performance assessment.
You develop and manage a local training catalogue, in line with our multiple career paths.
You support our Competence Area Managers in their People Management tasks
You work in close cooperation with HR team, implementing locally Group strategy
You act as an ambassador, you use your social network to present us as a top employer! You define those Campaigns directly with our Marketing Executive.

The Successful Applicant
You are trilingual (EN/FR/NL)
You have a proven experience in Talent Acquisition Management in a commercial environment (recruitment agency, head hunting, interim agency) in the SAP ecosystem.
You are dynamic, proactive, highly motivated and result oriented.
You love to manage and develop your network, with a true leadership attitude
You have a real consulting spirit, being customer and deadline oriented as well as stress resistant.
You have a creative mindset and are continuously looking for "out of the box" solutions and methods.
You want to develop your responsibilities in complementary HR related tasks: Performance assessment, Knowledge development, Career Management.

You will coordinate and act on multiple job search - 30 different profiles - SAP and Hybris Consultants, Community and Traffic Managers, Project Managers, Business Analyst
