About Our Client
Our client is an international provider of state of the art tools, technologies & services.
As Talent Acquisition Specialist, we need you to :
- Be responsible for the inflow of candidates through a sophisticated recruitment communication and optimal mix of recruitment channels.
- Do direct search and approach actively potential candidates from the market via social media
- Select candidates via screenings & selection interviews as well as assessments
- Be responsible for the selection dossiers from start to finish
- Work closely with the business and with the hiring managers, and build your credibility internally
- Attend career fairs, streamline campus recruitment and actively work with external partners
- Optimize the recruitment processes and you report to the HR Manager
The Successful Applicant
The successful Talent Acquisition Specialist we are looking for has and is:
- Degree qualified with a solid experience in recruitment (internal or agency)
- A high level of expertise in Recruiting and Talent Acquisition
- A strong ability with internet-based sourcing techniques and practices
- Excellent communication skills in French, English and Dutch
- Ability to formulate professional advice to all levels across the organisation, including senior management
- A well-organised team player who gets things done
- Proficient in MS Office
