Job Description
- Manage/ Coordinate the client service team for Belgium and supervise portfolio management
- Record and investigate any complaints raised by clients
- Implement new projects (i.e. new tools, invoices system) in agreement with management
- Lead initiatives to reach operational excellence
- Be a key contact for different LoB and from an international point of view
The Successful Applicant
- Master in Business
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Previous responsibilities in team leader and management and in a large international group
- Excellent communication skills (patience, coaching, mentoring)
- Fluent in Dutch, English and French
