About Our Client

Our client is a Belgian fiduciary that has been experiencing an interesting growth and that has several offices across Belgium.

For one of the offices, we are looking for a Team Manager who will be the back up of one partner.

Job Description

The teams manager will have team of 7 accountants and the tasks will be as follows :

  • Provides the necessary training
  • responsible for knowledge sharing: gives information and advice to the team members
  • Determines the individual objectives of the team members
  • Monitors the results and provides the necessary support to achieve them
  • Ensures the correct, uniform and qualitative application of processes
  • Coordinates the accounts: assigns new customers, advises on specific complaints, solves and follows up more complex files, coordinates with partners on crucial files with a wider (financial or customer) impact ;
  • Takes on the role of coach: Focuses on personal growth and development ;
  • Knows how to deal with the necessary pressure and stress (because of strict deadlines) and passes this on to the team.
  • Responsible for the management of bigger & complex accounts ;

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting ;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position ;
  • Fluent in Dutch & English ;
  • Solid communication & management skills ;
