Our client is a Belgian organization specializing in the development, administration, and analysis of psychometric assessments.
The organization is dedicated to ongoing research to ensure their tools are valid, reliable, and culturally appropriate, while also providing training and support for professionals using their tests.
Our client is looking for a Team Product Manager to lead a team of 6 people.
Job Description
As Team Product Manager, your main responsibilities will be to
- Collaborate with the Product Manager to shape a strategic product vision based on comprehensive market analysis and insights into consumer behavior.
- Share market insights and contribute to the development of the company's product strategy.
- Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team of researchers, translating the company's vision into achievable projects.
- Foster a collaborative environment within the team, ensuring alignment with the business needs of the company's partners and clients.
- Enhance team efficiency by refining existing processes and prioritizing high-value projects.
- Initiate and manage relationships with universities and industrial partners to stay abreast of technological and research trends.
- Incorporate partner insights into our product development in collaboration with the Product Manager.
- Monitor market developments and analyze trends in HR and recruitment, particularly focusing on recruitment and selection products.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand consumer behaviors and needs, and use these insights to inform the company's product management strategies.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have the following qualities:
- Extensive experience in management and leadership.
- Fluent in English, French and/or Dutch.
- Experience in product management/development.
- Experience in HR or the recruitment sector is a strong asset
- People-oriented, hands-on, and passionate about leading a team to create exceptional testing products.
- Strong collaborative mindset.
- Strong ability to convert market research and product vision into actionable plans
