Job Description

  • Provide general application and technical support for basic equipment together with the Application & Support team.
  • Deliver product application support via technical hotline, customer visits, and product training sessions.
  • Support Sales, Application, and Business Development teams in translating technical capabilities into market-oriented solutions.
  • Collaborate with Global Marketing and Business Development to develop application materials and sales content that strengthen the sales force.
  • Develop product applications and prepare application notes / technical documents to promote effective usage models for internal teams and customers.
  • Analyze customer requirements and propose customized solutions, including software customization or integration support where necessary.
  • Liaise with R&D and Product Managers to provide market feedback and contribute to product roadmap discussions.
  • Investigate and verify product issues reported by Sales and Application teams; replicate problems and escalate firmware or design issues when required.
  • Provide basic application support across the assigned product portfolio.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

The Successful Applicant
