The Project Manager oversees technical projects from planning to commissioning, ensuring smooth coordination between teams, suppliers and customers.

Job Description

  • Lead and coordinate technical rail and electromechanical projects.
  • Plan and monitor execution in collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Serve as the main interface between clients, engineers, technicians and partners.
  • Attend site meetings and provide structured progress and issue reporting.
  • Prepare technical proposals for public tenders.
  • Carry out commissioning activities and troubleshoot during delivery, warranty and maintenance.
  • Participate in prototype assembly, 3D printing and test system integration.
  • Manage purchase orders, support price negotiations and track budgets.
  • Ensure quality and safety compliance.
  • Support the commercial team with technical input for offers.
  • Represent the company at trade fairs and internal meetings.



The Successful Applicant

  • Master's degree in Industrial Engineering (Mechanical, Electromechanical or Electrical).
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in electrotechnical or electromechanical project management.
  • Strong leadership, analytical mindset and solution‑oriented approach.
  • Able to combine theoretical knowledge with hands‑on field insight.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Autonomous, structured and able to prioritise effectively.
  • Fluent in French & Dutch; English required; German is a plus.
