Job Description

As a Technical Support Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing technical support to clients by responding to product-related inquiries and resolving technical issues
  • Preparing tailored technical offers and managing quotations and order entries
  • Diagnosing faults and proposing appropriate solutions in collaboration with internal teams
  • Contributing to product improvement by sharing customer feedback with development teams
  • Writing clear and precise technical reports
  • Working closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to optimize processes

The Successful Applicant

As a Technical Support Engineer, you bring:

  • A degree in industrial engineering, with a focus on electromechanics or electricity
  • Experience in a technical or customer support role within an industrial environment is a plus
  • A strong interest in industrial electromechanics and complex technical systems
  • A methodical, rigorous, resourceful, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and technical teams
  • Fluency in French and English (Dutch is a plus)
