Job Description

As an AIFM Officer Valuation your responsibilities are:

  • Manage, run and oversee valuation processes for alternative investment fund portfolios.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal guidelines.
  • Prepare and validate valuation reports for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers.
  • Support audits and provide necessary documentation for valuation processes.
  • Analyze and interpret financial data for accurate valuations.
  • Participate in the development and enhancement of valuation policies and procedures.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve valuation practices.

The Successful Applicant

A successful AIFM Officer Valuation should have:

  • A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of valuation methodologies and financial instruments.
  • Excellent knowledge in accounting and modelling.
  • Experience in the financial services industry.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks applicable to AIFM operations.
