Job Description

As the Real Estate Valuation Specialist your main tasks will be:

  • Undertaking valuation assignments, conducting inspections, and preparing valuation reports
  • Providing strategic advice to a wide variety of clients and becoming a trusted advisor
  • Delivering client excellence through timely and effective solutions
  • Building up contacts to develop new business opportunities

The Successful Applicant

The ideal Real Estate Valuation Specialist will have/be:

  • You have a degree in engineering, real estate, economics or finance,
  • You have a minimum of 3 years of experience, ideally in the Real Estate industry
  • You have strong computer skills (Excel and Word)
  • You have strong analytical skills and are able to think outside the box
  • You are a proactive and enthusiastic team player, but also able to work independently
  • You have strong attention to detail
  • You have excellent organisational skills, including the ability to multi-task and prioritise efficiently
  • You have good written and verbal communication skills in English, French and Dutch
  • Above all, you have a positive and friendly personality
