Job Description

As a successful Veterinary Service Manager Belgium DU/ENG, you have the following responsibilities:

Field Sales Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical expertise and advise to farmers, feed companies & veterinarians on health issues & optimal utilization of products.
  • Develop and maintain strong and long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including feed companies, feeds representative & veterinarians in Belgium.
  • Promote and sell innovative animal health products (disease prevention & nutritional health) for poultry to feed companies, feeds representative, farmers & poultry veterinarian.
  • Use technical skills, knowledge & education to promote poultry products (disease prevention & nutritional health) and/ or optimize their utilization.



Technical Advisor Responsibilities:

  • Lead field searches, set-up trials & understand technical trials and translate technical findings into simple explanation to raise health issue awareness & promote best practices.
  • Lead, implement & contribute to demo and post market trials: analyze of poultry health & recommendation of products & treatments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external key partners to develop and implement strategies on innovation.
  • Organize and participate to events and congresses to develop your network within the animal health industry and the expand the medicines and feed additives visibility.
  • KOL management.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

The Successful Applicant

As a successful Veterinary Service Manager Belgium DU/ENG, you have the following profile:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Veterinary Medicines, Agriculture, Bio sciences or related field.
  • Expertise and knowledge in Poultry is preferred.
  • Previous experiences or strong affinity with commercial or technical functions related to the Poultry.
  • Strong commercial, communication presentation, influential & persuasive skills.
  • Ability to facilitate conversation with a diverse audience and to explain highly technical and scientific information into simple words.
  • Autonomous and independent with a nice team spirit.
  • Located in Flanders with the willingness to cover Belgium
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
