Job Description

Sustainability Officer - Antwerp - Luxury goods

  • Develop and implement sustainability and compliance frameworks across operations.
  • Ensure ethical sourcing and adherence to human rights standards.
  • Oversee internal manufacturing processes and sustainable production practices.
  • Manage traceability systems for full transparency in the supply chain.
  • Review consultant reports and translate findings into actionable strategies.
  • Organize workshops and events related to compliance and sustainability.
  • Prepare annual industry reports and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies.
  • Act as the key point of contact for external consultants and internal stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

Sustainability Officer - Antwerp - Luxury goods

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • 5-10 years of experience in sustainability, compliance, or CSR.
  • Strong understanding of international compliance frameworks.
  • Fluent in English and French (Dutch is a plus).
  • Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Comfortable in a dynamic, multicultural
  • Knowledge of the luxury goods industry is an advantage but not required.
  • Willingness to travel frequently, especially during the initial phase.
