Waste data and performance improvement - approximately 60-80% of the timeTake ownership of the waste topic and improve the reliability of existing data.Analyse and reconcile datasets, primarily using Excel, to identify inconsistencies,gaps and opportunities for improvement.Interview key stakeholders and data owners to understand data sources, processesand challenges.Recommend practical improvements to data collection, data quality and reporting.Identify initiatives that could reduce waste volumes and improve treatmentmethods.Prepare polished PowerPoint presentations, including clear charts and concise data analysis, for senior management and ExCo audiences. This consultant is not expected to provide technical expertise or lead a tool transformation. The focus is on strong analytical skills, the ability to interpret and challenge the data, and working with key stakeholders to develop action plans to reduce waste and improve treatment methods.2.
