Our client is looking for a hands-on Sales Team Leader to drive performance and coach a team of Account Managers in a fast-paced B2B environment.
This role combines strong people leadership with a sharp commercial mindset in a demanding direct sales context.

You will work with existing customers, assess on‑site issues, and guide them toward the most suitable upgrade, repair, or improvement solutions in partnership with internal technical teams.

Experiences in B2B sales, knowledge of water drink solutions products & fluency in French/English/Dutch are mandatory.
