Our client is seeking a Accounts Receivable Accountant to strengthen its Luxembourg finance team.This position offers broad international exposure and the opportunity to contribute to accounting operations, VAT activities, financial controls, and process optimization initiatives.

Description du poste

  • Manage day-to-day Accounts Receivable activities
  • Perform customer account reconciliations
  • Support monthly and yearly closings
  • Prepare accounting entries and financial reports
  • Monitor aging balances and investigate discrepancies
  • Support VAT reporting activities
  • Assist internal and external audits
  • Collaborate with multiple international stakeholders
  • Drive process enhancement and automation initiatives
  • Participate in ERP optimization projects



Profil recherché

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience
  • Fluent English
  • Strong ERP knowledge
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong analytical mindset
  • Excellent communication skills
  • International environment exposure
