Functie

  • Develop and lead the digital experience strategy, creating seamless customer journeys that drive engagement, satisfaction, and business growth.
  • Oversee the design, optimization, and performance of digital platforms, ensuring intuitive, accessible, and user-centric experiences across all touchpoints.
  • Lead user research, usability testing, customer journey mapping, and experience audits to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Leverage customer insights, behavioral analytics, and market trends to inform UX decisions, prioritize enhancements, and measure success.
  • Partner with Product, Technology, Marketing, and Business teams to deliver innovative digital solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Drive UX best practices, design standards, personalization initiatives, and conversion optimization programs to enhance customer outcomes.
  • Build and lead a high-performing digital experience team while managing project delivery, budgets, resources, and governance to achieve business goals.

Profiel

A successful Director of Digital Products & UX should have:

    • Proven experience leading digital experience, UX, digital product, or customer engagement functions within a complex organization.
    • Strong understanding of user-centred design principles, customer journey mapping, usability testing, and digital experience optimization.
    • Demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into digital strategies that drive customer satisfaction, engagement, and commercial outcomes.
    • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics and customer insights to inform decision-making and measure success.
    • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across business, technology, product, and marketing teams.
    • Strong leadership capabilities with experience building, mentoring, and managing high-performing teams.
    • Forward-thinking and innovative, with a passion for emerging technologies, digital trends, and continuous improvement.
