Headquartered in Switzerland, the organization supports financial institutions worldwide through innovative digital platforms and continues to invest heavily in technology, transformation and operational excellence.The Luxembourg finance team plays a key role in ensuring strong governance, regulatory compliance and high-quality financial reporting across multiple jurisdictions.FunctieEnsure compliance with group accounting standards, internal controls and financial governance requirementsReview and monitor monthly balance sheet and profit & loss reporting to guarantee data integrity and reporting accuracyPrepare and coordinate annual statutory financial statements in accordance with local accounting regulations, including German GAAP or Belgian GAAPOversee corporate tax, VAT and other local tax compliance obligations in collaboration with tax specialistsAct as the primary contact for external auditors and coordinate all stages of the audit processPartner with shared service centers and internal stakeholders across accounting, treasury, legal and tax functionsDeliver accurate and timely internal and external financial reportingSupport tax inspections, regulatory reviews and audit-related requestsParticipate in legal entity restructuring projects, including mergers, liquidations and corporate reorganizationsContribute to finance transformation initiatives, process optimization projects and ERP system improvementsProfielEducationBachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related disciplineExperienceMinimum 5 years of experience in Financial Controlling, Statutory Accounting or External AuditPrevious exposure to multinational and multi-entity environmentsStrong understanding of IFRS and HGB or Belgian GAAPExperience managing external audits and tax compliance mattersBackground within technology, software, services or international corporate environments is considered an assetSkillsStrong technical accounting and taxation expertiseExcellent analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines autonomouslyStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsProactive, hands-on and solution-oriented mindsetAdvanced Excel skills and exposure to ERP systemsLanguagesFluent in English and French.
