Functie

Main responsibilities

  • Managing and commercialising a diverse real estate portfolio.
  • Real estate valuations and portfolio optimisation.
  • Defining and executing sales strategies for existing assets.
  • Following real estate development projects from acquisition to sale.
  • Managing relationships with municipalities, cadastre and other governmental bodies.
  • Selecting and managing external brokers.
  • Driving the commercialisation and value creation of the portfolio.



The portfolio includes:

  • Residential properties
  • Warehouses
  • Industrial buildings
  • Brownfields
  • Former fuel depots
  • Land and strategic real estate assets



Profiel

Ideal profile

Must-have:

  • Strong real estate expertise.
  • Experience in asset management, project development or real estate investments.
  • Knowledge of property valuations and land values.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership.
  • Leadership experience.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.



Nice-to-have:

  • Strong network within the Belgian real estate market.
  • Experience with industrial real estate.
  • Background in project development or investment companies.
