We are looking for an experienced Freelance Senior Project & Process Manager to support and drive the design and implementation of the Group's Target Operating Model.You will take on a broader Process Management role, translating business needs and operational insights into clear processes, responsibilities, governance structures and sustainable ways of working.

Our client is an established international organisation with its headquarters in Nivelles. As part of an important organisational transformation, the company is redesigning its Target Operating Model to strengthen collaboration, clarify responsibilities and establish more efficient and consistent ways of working across the Group.

Functie

As a Freelance Senior Project & Process Manager (TOM) your responsibilities are:

  • Lead the planning, coordination and execution of TOM design and implementation activities across the Group ;
  • Structure project workstreams, milestones, deliverables and implementation plans ;
  • Monitor dependencies, risks and issues, ensuring progress and alignment with business priorities ;
  • Coordinate stakeholders, facilitate project meetings and support decision-making ;
  • Prepare management updates and ensure clear communication on project progress ;
  • Translate agreed TOM deliverables into concrete actions and sustainable implementation ;
  • Support change management and the adoption of new organisational practices ;



Profiel

A successful Freelance Senior Project & Process Manager (TOM) should have:

  • At least 8 years of experience in project management, business transformation, operational excellence, business process management or organisational design ;
  • Proven track record in leading complex, cross-functional transformation projects ;
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities ;
  • Excellent knowledge of business process mapping, workflow analysis and structured documentation ;
  • Ability to translate complex business activities into clear, practical processes and ways of working ;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the confidence to challenge existing practices constructively ;
  • Fluent in French & English ;
