We are looking for a hands-on Interim Contract & Project Claims Manager to take ownership of contractual and financial disputes on a major industrial installation project and secure the recovery of outstanding revenues.

Our client is a leading engineering and industrial services company delivering complex installation and maintenance projects within a large industrial production environment.

Description du poste

  • Review and validate completed installation works against contractual agreements, work orders, change requests, and invoices.
  • Analyze and resolve disputes related to executed works, invoicing, and payment claims with the end client.
  • Gather, structure, and maintain technical, contractual, financial, and administrative documentation to substantiate claims.
  • Coordinate closely with project, engineering, and site teams to verify completed scopes of work and contractual deliverables.
  • Lead commercial negotiations to secure payment of outstanding invoices while preserving a constructive client relationship.

Profil recherché

  • Proven experience as a Contract Manager, Claims Manager, Commercial Project Manager, or Technical Project Manager within industrial projects.
  • Strong understanding of contract management, claims handling, project administration, and financial follow-up.
  • Solid technical knowledge of industrial installation projects, enabling effective assessment of completed works on site.
  • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to challenge claims and defend contractual positions.
  • Pragmatic, hands-on professional combining commercial acumen, contractual expertise, administrative rigor, and technical credibility.
