This role leads the company's enterprise applications landscape, with a strong focus on SAP ERP, business process improvement, and digital transformation. Working closely with business stakeholders across operations and supply chain functions, you will drive system enhancements, manage key technology initiatives, and help shape the application roadmap to improve efficiency and support future business growth.

Functie

  • Own and manage SAP ERP and business applications across the organization.
  • Drive system enhancements, change requests, user access, licenses, and reporting.
  • Partner with business users to improve processes across Production, Planning, Supply Chain, and Finance.
  • Lead ERP and application-related projects from planning through implementation.
  • Manage Microsoft 365 applications including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange.
  • Develop and maintain SQL queries, reports, and dashboards to support business operations.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the IT applications team.
  • Manage IT application budgets, vendors, consultants, and project resources.
  • Support digital transformation, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure application security, IT governance, PDPA compliance, and audit readiness.
  • Provide application support and resolve ERP and non-ERP system issues.
