They are currently looking for a Manager Accounts Payable & Treasury to join their Brussels office.

Description du poste

  • Lead, coach and develop a team within Accounts Payable and Treasury
  • Responsible for recruitment, performance management and team development
  • Ensure the accurate and timely processing of invoices and bank transactions
  • Oversee month-end and quarter-end closings within AP & Treasury
  • Guarantee the quality, accuracy and compliance of financial processes
  • Organise, monitor and optimise workflows
  • Drive continuous improvement of processes and systems
  • Ensure strong internal controls and compliance with regulations
  • Act as a key stakeholder and business partner within Finance and across departments

Profil recherché

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance or similar
  • Relevant experience within Accounts Payable and Treasury
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes
  • Experience with SAP FI and financial systems
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Good understanding of compliance, tax and internal controls
  • Fluent in Dutch, French and English
  • Proven experience in people management and coaching
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive, hands-on and improvement-driven
  • Team player with a high sense of ownership
