Description du poste

As an IT Onsite Support, you will play a key role in supporting both store operations and corporate services. Acting as a first point of contact for IT-related issues, you will help ensure the smooth functioning of business-critical systems while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives:

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to stores and central services, primarily remotely and occasionally on-site.
  • Monitor the performance and availability of Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and coordinate issue resolution with internal or external stakeholders.
  • Ensure accurate ticket logging, tracking, and follow-up through the company's service desk platform.
  • Contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of POS and ERP-related functionalities.
  • Create, update, and maintain user documentation and operational procedures.
  • Participate in the development and enrichment of the internal knowledge base.
  • Identify potential risks, recurring issues, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Support testing activities and system enhancements as your expertise develops.

Profil recherché

  • Strong motivation to learn and develop expertise in business applications and IT systems.
  • Hands-on, proactive mindset with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work collaboratively while taking ownership of assigned tasks.
  • Open to feedback and continuous improvement.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central is considered an asset.
  • Experience within a retail environment is a plus.
  • Fluent in Dutch. French & English are an advantage.
  • Willing to participate in an on-call rotation system (with appropriate compensation).
  • Eager to learn and grow within a dynamic team environment.
