Functie

As a successful Medical Devices - Pricing Strategy & Tender Management Specialist - UK & Ireland, your responsibilities are:

  • Lead end-to-end tender management processes across the UK & Ireland markets
  • Manage Tenders submission with local Authorities from UK & Ireland (NHS & HSE)
  • Develop and recommend commercial pricing strategies based on market analysis & pricing benchmark
  • Perform profitability and financial analyses to support Tender, Contracts and Bids
  • Partner with Sales teams to support pricing and tender decisions
  • Manage pricing agreements, contracts, and rebate programs for the UK region and Ireland
  • Coordinate tender submissions while ensuring compliance and deadlines
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within pricing processes
  • Collaborate with EMEA and US stakeholders on strategic projects

Profiel

As a successful Medical Devices - Pricing Strategy & Tender Management Specialist - UK & Ireland, you should have:

  • 5+ years of experience in Pricing and/or Tender Management
  • Background within Healthcare, MedTech, Medical Devices, or Pharma
  • Experience managing complex tenders and commercial contracts
  • Experiences with UK authorities (NHS & HSE) is highly preferred
  • Strong financial and analytical capabilities
  • Advanced Excel skills; SAP experience is highly desirable
  • Fluent English communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and project coordination abilities
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment
