Functie

As a Supply Chain Officer your responsibilities are:

  • Coordinate procurement activities to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment processes effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to forecast demand and plan supply accordingly.
  • Organizing transportation of raw materials and finished goods.
  • Analyse and optimise supply chain processes to improve efficiency.
  • Handle documentation and administrative tasks related to procurement and supply chain management.

Profiel

A successful Supply Chain Officer should have:

  • A strong understanding of procurement and supply chain processes.
  • Experience in the industrial/manufacturing sector is beneficial.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Professional proficiency in English and French.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
