To support the growth of its poultry business in the Benelux region, our client is looking for a Veterinary Service Manager (VSM) Poultry. This role combines scientific expertise, customer support, technical training, and close collaboration with commercial teams to drive business growth and strengthen relationships across the poultry industry.

Description du poste

As a successful Veterinary Services Manager Poultry - Benelux, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Provide technical and scientific support to poultry customers (farmers, veterinary clinics & veterinarians) and partners.
  • Build and maintain relationships with veterinarians, farmers, and key stakeholders.
  • Act as the poultry technical expert for the Benelux market.
  • Support commercial teams with technical product knowledge and customer insights.
  • Deliver training sessions to customers, veterinarians, and internal teams.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
  • Support product launches and market development initiatives.
  • Analyze field data and provide solutions to customer challenges.

Profil recherché

As a successful Veterinary Services Manager Poultry - Benelux, you will have the following profile:

  • Degree in Veterinary Medicine preferred; strong poultry expertise is essential.
  • Experience in poultry production, veterinary practice, or animal health.
  • Strong technical affinity and willingness to learn.
  • Commercial mindset
  • Hands-on, proactive, and adaptable mindset.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluent Dutch and English; French is a strong asset.
  • Comfortable with regular travel across the Benelux region and occasional European meetings.
