Our client is a privately held international group active in real estate development and asset management. For the Finance department they are looking for a new Chief Accountant that will be responsible for 7 legal entities in Belgium.

Als Senior Accountant ben je verantwoordelijk voor de boekhouding van A tot Y voor 4 europese entiteiten, waarbij je nauw samenwerkt met de Finance Manager en externe boekhouder. Je krijgt de unieke opportuniteit om mee te groeien met een tech scale-up.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de boekhouding van A tot Z voor diverse Europese entiteiten van het bedrijf. Hierbij rapporteert je aan de finance en accounting manager.

Je volgt de boekhouding op van A tot Z voor verschillende entiteiten (Benelux) en rapporteer je aan de accounting manager. In deze functie sta je in voor de afsluitingen, jaarrekening en BTW-aangifte.

Als senior accountant ben je verantwoordelijk voor de boekhouding van A tot Z voor verschillende eniteiten. Je werkt autonoom en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Hoofdboekhouder.

Als Accountant beheer je je eigen portefeuille aan projecten en volg je deze op van A tot Z - zowel op boekhoudkundig vlak als doorheen de verschillende ontwikkelingsfasen.

Daarnaast krijg je de kans om mee te werken aan innovatieve projecten en mee te groeien met het bedrijf. De organisatie beheert momenteel ongeveer 35 dossiers, voornamelijk in België en Nederland, met bijkomende activiteiten in Frankrijk en Spanje.
