As an AP / Junior Accountant in Sint-Pieters-Leeuw, you will handle day-to-day accounting tasks within the industrial sector and help keep financial records accurate. You will work in the Accounting & Finance department, contributing to clear and timely processing of financial information.

Description du poste

As an AP / Junior Accountant your responsibilities are:

  • Process supplier invoices and ensure that accounting data is entered accurately.
  • Processing bank transactions.
  • Managing supplier master data
  • Check invoice details against available documentation to maintain reliable records.
  • Help maintain up-to-date supplier account information for daily finance activities.
  • Follow up on missing invoice details and resolve basic processing queries.
  • Reconcile invoice information with accounting records to identify differences.
  • Support the preparation of regular finance reports with accurate data.
  • Contribute to efficient administrative processes within the Accounting & Finance department.

Profil recherché

  • Bachelor or Master in Accounting (or equivalent through experience).
  • Ability to process invoices with care and accuracy.
  • You have an excellent command of English and are fluent in either French or Dutch, with a good working knowledge of the other language.
  • Comfort working with routine accounting and administrative tasks.
  • Ability to prepare clear and accurate financial information.
  • A hands-on mindset with a genuine desire to learn and grow.
