Serving customers across multiple industries, the company is recognized for its technical expertise, customer-centric approach, and commitment to delivering high-quality products tailored to clients' needs.As part of its continued growth, the company is looking for an Account Manager / Business Development Manager to develop and strengthen its presence across the DACH region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland).Description du posteReporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities while managing and growing an existing portfolio of customers across the DACH region.You will act as a trusted partner to your customers, identifying opportunities, providing tailored packaging solutions, and collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a commercial strategy for the DACH market.Identify, prospect and acquire new customers across targeted industries.Manage and expand an existing portfolio of key accounts.Build long-term relationships with customers and key decision-makers.Understand customer needs and propose customized packaging solutions.Lead commercial negotiations and close new business opportunities.Prepare quotations in collaboration with internal technical and customer service teams.Coordinate projects internally to ensure successful implementation.Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer developments.Represent the company at customer meetings, trade fairs and industry events.Maintain accurate reporting and pipeline management through the CRM system.Profil recherchéBachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent through experience.Minimum 3-5 years of successful B2B sales or business development experience, ideally within packaging, industrial manufacturing, paper, plastics, labels, printing, or another technical environment.Experience selling value-added technical solutions is a strong advantage.Strong commercial drive with excellent hunting and relationship-building skills.Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and autonomous approach.Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills.Comfortable working in an international environment with cross-functional teams.Willingness to travel regularly throughout the DACH region.
