A senior Compliance Consultant is required to reinforce an established compliance function on an interim basis. You will operate as a subject matter expert supporting second-line activities, ensuring regulatory alignment and high-quality compliance deliverables.

Job Description

  • Provide day-to-day compliance advisory support across multiple domains (excluding AML/CFT)
  • Conduct regulatory monitoring (regulatory watch) and assess impact on business operations
  • Translate regulatory changes into practical actions and implementation plans
  • Contribute to policy, procedure, and governance documentation updates
  • Perform compliance risk assessments, monitoring reviews, and thematic controls
  • Support remediation action plans and track implementation progress
  • Deliver clear and pragmatic regulatory advice to business stakeholders
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and committee materials
  • Assist with internal transformation or optimization initiatives within Compliance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent compliance practices
  • Act as a technical expert and backup resource on priority topics

Experience

Education & Languages

  • Degree in Law, Finance, Economics, or equivalent
  • English required; Dutch and/or French preferred
