Our client is seeking an freelance Asset Manager to strengthen its real estate team, acting as a technical-commercial manager for a diversified property portfolio. The role combines asset management, leasing activities, stakeholder coordination, and data structuring, with a strong focus on occupancy optimization and value creation.

Description du poste

1. Asset & Commercial Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, ensuring strong relationships and high satisfaction levels
  • Proactively manage vacancy reduction through active leasing strategies
  • Conduct and lead lease negotiations with prospective tenants within pre-approved parameters
  • Monitor portfolio performance and identify opportunities to enhance asset value and returns



2. Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination

  • Manage and closely collaborate with external real estate agents (brokers)
    • Provide clear leasing strategy direction
    • Follow up on commercial activities and pipeline
  • Oversee and coordinate property managers responsible for technical operations
    • Ensure proper maintenance standards and cost control
    • Align technical management with asset strategy



3. Operational & Site-Based Activities

  • Regular on-site presence to:
    • Visit properties and assess conditions
    • Meet tenants and local stakeholders
    • Support leasing and operational initiatives on the ground



4. Data Management & Documentation

  • Structure, complete, and maintain the data room for both portfolios
  • Ensure all property-related documentation is:
    • Accurate and up to date
    • Properly organized and digitized
  • Lead or coordinate the digitalization of paper-based records, improving accessibility and transparency

Profil recherché

Experience & Expertise

  • Proven experience in asset management, property management, or real estate advisory
  • Strong commercial mindset with experience in leasing and negotiation
  • Solid understanding of technical building management and property operations
  • Experience managing external stakeholders (brokers, property managers, tenants)



Skills

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Hands-on, proactive, and results-driven mindset
  • Ability to operate independently in a flexible, multi-site environment
  • Organized and detail-oriented, particularly regarding documentation and data management
